不锈钢基厚膜PTC热敏电阻浆料的制备与性能研究

摘 要:以二氧化钌和氧化铜的混合物为功能相制备出不锈钢基厚膜PTC热敏电阻浆料。研究了功能相与玻璃相的配比、功能相的粒度对厚膜电阻方阻及电阻温度系数(TCR)的影响规律。结果表明:固定浆料中玻璃相的成分与含量(30wt%),控制功能相中RuO2的比例(45.4wt%~88.9wt%)或功能相的粒度(0.30~1.0μm),可制得具有不同方阻(1.5~12.8Ω/□)和TCR(2100~2900×10-6/℃)的厚膜PTC热敏电阻。

Synthesis and Properties of Thick Film PTC Thermistor Paste on Stainless Steel Substrate

Abstract: The thick film PTC thermistor paste based on stainless steel was fabricated using the mixture of RuO2-CuO, as the conducting phase. The effects of compounding between the conducting phase and glass phase, granularity of the conducting phase on sheet resistivity and temperature coefficient resistivity (TCR) of the thick film PTC thermistor were studied. The results showed that fixing the glass composition and its content (30wt %) in the paste, controlling RuO2 proportion (45.4wt%~88.9wt%) in the conducting phase or granularity of the conducting phase (0.30~1.0μm), the thick film PTC thermistor with different sheet resistivities (1.5~12.8Ω/□) and TCR (2100~2900×10-6/℃) can be fabricated.

PTC热敏电阻器加热片的老化过程

摘 要:通过实验分析,证明铝导电浆料经印烧后与PTC热敏电阻器有良好的欧姆接触。其加热片在工作状态时,会发生电阻增大而老化,老化率与瓷片、铝电极及铝浆中的玻璃有关。已老化电阻器经处理可以再生。

The Aging Process of Heating Plate of PTC Thermistor

Abstract: This article verified with experiments that aluminum conductive paste has very good ohm contact with PTC thermistors after printing-sinter. When heating plate is in working status, its resistance will be increased and leading to its aging. The aging is related to the ceramics chip, the aluminum electrode and the glass in the aluminum paste. Aged-thermistors can be recycled by treatments.

稀土强化Pt-Pd-Rh合金针织催化网在硝酸生产常压炉中的应用研究

摘 要:在H厂生产硝酸的2套机组4台氨氧化常压炉中用Pt-Rh或Pt-Pd-Rh针织催化网作实验,并将稀土强化Pt-Pd-Rh针织催化网与该2种催化网进行了应用比较。用化学分析、光谱定量、光电子能谱、扫描电镜等方法分析了样品的组成及状态。结果表明,优化配套的稀土强化Pt-Pd-Rh针织催化网转化效率高、吨酸铂耗低、使用寿命长,合金中Pt高温氧化轻微,Rh的表面氧化及富集减弱,催化效果明显。提出了氨氧化常压炉用铂合金针织催化网的配套措施。

Application Research of Intensified Rare Earth Pt-Pd-Rh Alloys Knitted Catalytic
Gauzes in Atmospheric Pressure Furnace for Nitric Acid Production

Abstract: The Pt-Rh or Pt-Pd-Rh alloys knitted catalytic gauzes were tested for nitric acid production in four atmospheric pressure ammonia oxidation furnaces, which were divided into two sets. The Pt-Rh and Pt-Pd-Rh knitted catalytic gauzes were compared with the Pt-Pd-Rh knitted gauze intensified by rare earth metals. The samples were analyzed by CA,ICP-AES,XPS,EPMA and SEM. The results indicated that the optimized Pt-Pd-Rh knitted catalytic gauzes possess higher conversion rate and lower rate of platinum lose and longer service life. At high temperature, the platinum is oxidized lightly in the alloys. The concentration of rhodium is retarded, the effect of catalyst is obvious. The corresponding techniques for the application of platinum alloy knitted catalytic gauzes in atmospheric pressure furnace for ammonia oxidation were introduced.

超音速电弧喷射成形工艺参数对AgFe5材料性能影响

摘 要:应用超音速电弧喷射成形技术制备了性能优异的AgFe5块状材料。分析了超音速电弧喷射成形的喷射送丝电流、沉积基板的转速对材料物理、力学和电学性能的影响,并从微观机理方面阐述了工艺参数对超音速电弧喷射成形材料性能的作用规律。在最佳工艺参数下制备的AgFe5材料的密度为9.995g/cm3,达到理论密度的96.88%。

The Effect of Ultrasonic Arc Spray Forming Parameter on the Properties of AgFe5 Materials

Abstract: Using the ultrasonic arc spray forming (UASF) technology, AgFe5 materials with excellence physical, mechanical and electric properties were produced. The effects of feeding current and rotate speed of copper substrate on the density, hardness and conductance of materials are analyzed. The effects of technological parameters on the AgFe5 materials produced by the UASF are also described. And the density of AgFe5 materials prepared under the best parameter condition is 9.995g/cm3, about is 96.88% of its theory density.
It is pointed out that when ultrasonic arc spray forming any two-element materials, the temperature of the wire tip can be calculated by the following equation:

金对Sn63Pb37共晶钎料性能的影响

摘 要:Sn63Pb37共晶合金是一种应用很广泛的钎料,在其中加入2%、4%的Au,钎料的熔点改变不大,但可以提高其强度和延伸率,提高钎焊接头的剪切强度,钎料的电阻率随着Au含量的增加而增加。在Sn63Pb37共晶钎料中加入少量Au可以抑止钎焊时钎料对金和金基材料母材的过渡熔蚀。

Influence of Gold Addition on the Performance of Sn63Pb37 Eutectic Solder

Abstract: Sn63Pb37 eutectic solder was used extensively. Its melting temperature variated slightly by the addition of 2% and 4%Au , but its tensile strength, elongation, shear strength and resistivity increased. It’s very important that Sn63Pb37 solders with a small amount of Au exhibited its ability to inhibit the melting-
corrosion excessively to Au base alloys and Au layer during soldering .

制备工艺对Ag-ZnO触头材料组织与性能的影响

摘 要:研究了AF法(雾化粉末热锻法)和PM法(粉末冶金法)制备的Ag-ZnO电接触材料。利用X-ray 衍射、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段分析了Ag-ZnO合金的物相组成及显微组织结构和成分,对比分析了不同工艺对其组织、性能的影响。结果表明:AF法制备的Ag-ZnO材料,ZnO颗粒弥散分布在Ag基体中,Ag相和ZnO相结合紧密。而PM法制备的Ag-ZnO材料,ZnO颗粒团聚严重。AF法制备的Ag-ZnO电接触材料的致密度、硬度、电阻率都要优于PM法。

Effects of Preparation Method on Microstructure and Performance of Ag-ZnO Contact Materials

Abstract: The Ag-ZnO electrical contact materials fabricated by AF method (atomization powder and hot forging;) and PM method (powder metallurgy) were studied in the present paper. The phases composition and microstructure of the Ag-ZnO alloy were analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy technologies. Furthermore, the microstructure and properties of Ag-ZnO alloy prepared by different methods were compared. The results showed that for the Ag-ZnO alloy prepared by AF method, the ZnO particles are evenly dispersed in Ag matrix, the Ag and ZnO phases are closely combined. However, for the Ag-ZnO by PM method, the ZnO particles are agglomerated badly. The Ag phase and ZnO phase are combined worse than it produced by AF method. The Ag-ZnO material prepared by AF method is obviously better than that prepared by PM method in density, hardness and resistivity.

Au-MgF2与Ag-MgF2靶材制备的实验研究

摘 要:Au-MgF2与Ag-MgF2薄膜是一种新型复合材料,PLD和磁控溅射是很好的镀薄膜方法。文章介绍了MgF2靶材、Ag-MgF2靶材及Au-MgF2靶材的制备方法。通过实验摸索,得出MgF2靶材的压片条件;通过不同温度下烧结MgF2靶材,得出了MgF2被氧化的初始温度及其烧结的最佳温度和烧结时间;通过与真空炉烧结及氩气保护中烧结对比,获得在空气氛围中烧结MgF2的简易方法。

Study on the Preparation and Sintering of Au-MgF2 and Ag-MgF2 Targets

Abstract: Au-MgF2 or Ag-MgF2 is a new type of composite material, PLD and RF magnetron sputtering are very good methods in preparing MgF2 film. In this paper the method of preparing MgF2, Au-MgF2 and Ag-MgF2 targets are introduced. Through experiment, the pressing condition of MgF2 target is found. By the sintering at different temperatures, the initial temperature for the oxidation of MgF2 and the optimal sintering temperature and time are also found; In comparing with the vacuum furnace sintering and sintering in Ar, a simple method to sinter MgF2 in air furnace is introduced.

3-氯-1, 1-环丁烷二羧酸根·二氨合铂(Ⅱ)的合成及抗肿瘤活性研究

摘 要:根据目前临床使用的铂类抗癌药物的缺点和不足,作者报道了一种结构新颖的铂类配合物的合成方法,通过元素分析、质谱、红外和核磁共振氢谱等对合成物进行了结构表征,确认合成物为目标化合物。采用SRB比色法,测定该化合物对A549细胞及KB细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为4.8mg/L和18.0mg/L。

Synthesis and Anticancer Activity of 3-chloro-1,1-dicarboxycyclobutane Diammine Platinum(II)

Abstract: Platinum-based drugs are one of the most important anticancer drugs in clinical use. In this paper, a new platinum-based complex, 3-chloro-1,1-dicarboxycyclobutane diammine platinum(II) was synthesized and its structures was characterized by element analysis, MS, IR, and 1H-NMR. The synthesized complex is confirmed to be the target compound. The IC50 of the compound is 4.8mg/L for A549 cell and 18.0 mg/L for KB cell respectively.

金、银、铂、钯合金中钯的选择性滴定方法的研究与应用

摘 要:建立了丁二肟选择性沉淀分离和析出EDTA-Pd络合物中的EDTA,Pb(NO3)2返滴定测定Pd的新方法,系统地研究了在硝酸或盐酸介质中测定Pd的条件,并对比了本法与《国家标准》分析方法的结果。研究表明:2种方法测得Pd的结果吻合,测定5~30mg Pd,相对误差-0.17% ~ +0.20%;但拟定方法的选择性好,适用性强,分析快速,操作简便、易于掌握。方法已应用于Au、Ag、Pt、Pd合金中5%~99%的Pd含量的测定,结果满意。

Research and Application of the Method for Selective Titration of Pd in Au, Ag, Pt, Pd Alloys

Abstract: A new method for determination of Pd using precipitation separation by butanedione dioxime as a selective reagent and complexometic titration EDTA released from EDTA-Pd complex was established. The conditions of determination Pd in HNO3 or HCl medium were studied systematically. The proposed method was also compared with the analytical method in《National Standard》. Research results indicated that there is no significant difference between the two methods on accuracy, the relative error of the new method is -0.17% ~ +0.20% for Pd content from 5~30mg. But the new method possesses excellent selectivity, suitability, and fast operation, easy to handle. It has been used to determine of Pd from 5%~99% in Au, Ag, Pt, Pd alloys with satisfactory results.

Pt-25Ir合金板超声波无损检测的特性

摘 要:研究了Pt-25Ir合金薄板的超声波探伤特性。超声波在Pt-25Ir合金薄板中纵波速度是4350m/s,横波速度是2110m/s。计算了Pt-25Ir合金薄板中兰姆波相速度(Cp)、群速度(Cg)和入射角分别与频率×板厚(FD)的关系曲线。测量了探头与人工孔间的距离、人工孔的大小与波幅的对应关系。结果表明:不能根据缺陷波幅从理论上计算缺陷的大小和距离,当探头的频率增大时,缺陷波幅增大,盲区变小。

Characteristic of Ultrasonic Nondestructive Detection for Pt-25Ir Alloy Sheet

Abstract: The characteristic of ultrasonic nondestructive detection for Pt-25Ir alloy sheet was studied in the paper. The tested velocities of ultrasonic longitudinal wave and transverse wave in Pt-25Ir alloy are 4350m/s and 2110m/s, respectively. The relationship between phase velocity of Lamb wave, group velocity of Lamb wave, incidence angle and frequency×thickness of sheet(FD) in Pt-25Ir alloy were calculated. The corresponding relations between distance or size of artificial holes and amplitude were measured. Results show that the size and distance of a flaw can not be calculated theoretically using the echo amplitude of the flaw, that the echo amplitude is increased and the blind area of testing is decreased with increase of the frequency of probe.

奥沙利铂及其手性异构体的高效液相色谱分析

摘 要:研究了用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析奥沙利铂及其左旋异构体的方法。采用反相手性色谱柱CHIRALCEL OD-RH(甲苯氨甲酰纤维素衍生化合物键合硅胶,150mm×Φ4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶乙醇(60∶40,V/V),甲醇为样品溶剂,检测波长250nm。本方法线性相关,奥沙利铂及左旋异构体的相关系数均为0.9997,最小检出限分别为:6.08μg/L、3.04μg/L,回收率分别是:98.64%~101.31%、98.76%~100.13%,奥沙利铂与左旋异构体的分离度>2。本方法与文献方法相比具有手性色谱柱使用寿命长、分析耗时短、成本低、效率高等优点。

HPLC Analytical Method of Oxaliplatin and Its Isomer

Abstract: A new method of HPLC for the chiral separation and determination of oxaliplatin and its leve-isomer was studied including by the use of the reversed chiral chromatography column CHIRACOL OD-RH(250mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm) which contains cellulose derivative on silica-gel as the packing material, acetonitril:alcohol(60:40, V/V) as mobile phase and UV-250nm as detection wave. The detection limits of oxaliplatin and its leve-isomer are 6.08μg/L and 3.04μg/L, respectively, and the corresponding recoveries are 98.64%~101.31% and 98.76%~100.13%, respectively. The relative coefficient of the method is 0.9997 and their resolution is more than 2.0. The advantages of the method are as followings: longer service life of chiral column, shorter times for analysis and higher separation efficiency.

石墨化碳黑球固相萃取富集-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定金的研究

摘 要:研究了用石墨化碳黑球固相萃取富集,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定Au的方法。含Au样品用微波消化,消化后样品溶液中的Au(III)用载有TBP(磷酸三丁酯)的石墨化碳黑球固相萃取富集,用亚硫酸钠溶液反方向洗脱小柱上富集的Au(III),然后再用原子吸收测定,Au(III)含量在0~3.5µg/mL符合比耳定律,方法的相对标准偏差为2.6%~3.0%,标准回收率92%~95%。方法用于环境水样中Au(III)的测定,结果令人满意。

Study on Determination of Gold with Graphitized Carbon Black Balls for Solid Phase
Extraction and Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract: Determination of gold by graphitized carbon black balls for solid phase extraction and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. A new microwave-assisted closed digestion method was used to treat the sample, where Au(III) can be enriched by graphitized carbon black balls with TBP and eluted from cartridge with sulfite sodium, then the eluant is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~3.5µg/mL for gold. This method was applied to the determination of gold in the water sample. The relative standard deviations are 2.6%~3.0%, and the recoveries are 92%~95%. The results are satisfactory.

摘 要: 总结与评述了自本世纪以来Au与Au合金材料在科学技术与应用方面取得的一些新进展,其内容包括Au与Au合金冶金学研究、Au与Au合金新材料和新的加工制备技术3个方面。在冶金学方面,简单介绍了某些新的Au合金相图研究和Au合金向多元合金化和微合金化方向的发展。新的Au与Au合金材料研究包含电气工业用新材料、电子工业用新材料、饰品与牙科新材料及先进复合材料和涂层材料等。Au材料的加工技术也获得了新的发展。最后,总结和评述了Au与Au合金材料应用的发展趋势。

Development and Progress of Gold and Gold Alloy Materials

Abstract: Some new progresses of the technology and application of Au and Au alloy materials at recent years in the new century were summarized in the present paper, including the metallurgy, new alloy materials and working techniques. The new phase diagrams of some Au alloys were established, and the developing of Au alloys to multi-component alloying and micro-alloying were reviewed. The Au alloys newly developed involved materials used for electrical and electronic industries, jeweler and dental alloys, and advanced composites and so on. New working and coating technologies were also developed. The current and emerging applications of Au and Au alloys were discussed.

显色剂在Pd(II)光度分析中的应用进展

摘 要:简要介绍了Pd(II)的光度分析意义、Pd(II)常用的显色剂类型及其适用体系(包括含Pd催化剂、含Pd试样、合金及矿样、二次资源废料溶液等);对每种体系的显色测定条件、各种测定指标、常见的干扰离子及掩蔽剂、生成的络合物组成和稳定情况等进行了介绍;展望了显色剂的未来发展方向。

Application and Progress of Spectrophotometric Color Reagent for Palladium(II)

Abstract: The importance of spectrophotometric determination of Pd(II) was summarized. The color reagents of Pd(II) in different systems(such as palladium catalysts, alloys and ores, waste solutions etc.) were introduced. The determination conditions and indexes, interfering ions and shelters, stability and components of the complexes were also described. The development of the colour reaction in the future was reviewed.

摘 要:总结、归纳了影响铂铑热电偶细丝生产的主要问题,指出影响铂铑热电偶细丝生产的主要问题有:细丝断丝现象、平直度与抗拉强度、细丝表面质量。分析了各个问题产生的原因,提出了相应的解决问题的办法。

Discussion of the Main Problems in the Production of Thin Pt- Rh Thermocouple Wires

Abstract: The main problems in the production of thin Pt-Rh thermocouple wires were discussed. It was pointed out that there were three main problems in the production of thin Pt-Rh thermocouple wires, that is, break of thin wires, degree of straight and ultimate tensile strength and surface quality of thin wires. The reasons leading to these problems and the corresponding methods to solve these problems were introduced.
